  I am responsible for designing press automation equipment which provides equipment to the primary, secondary and tertiary automotive sectors in the world. I am personally responsible for designing and presenting a fully functional product to our customers, communicate with fabrication and commercial vendors and support the build of the machinery in our facility. I am also the lead training coordinator within our design department where I have had a major role in the development of training documentation and have trained 3 full time designers. I am also the head co op recruiter within our mechanical design department. This role specifically has me posting for available positions to students from post secondary institutions all around Ontario, interviewing the candidates and training them to contribute to our team during their term at LTA.
