      • Recruited 120 volunteers from 6 regions of Arusha, Mwanza, Iringa, Dodoma, Dar, and Morogoro.• Trained 120 volunteers on pre (Induction) to support the volunteers to uptake project activities and post (Final review) to understand the experience of volunteer’s growth and improve project implementation during ExCEL project.• Conducted 4 capacity building training to 200 members of Raleigh Tanzania society about employability skills, entrepreneurship and proposal writing across 5 zones where by it increased the understanding of volunteers about project reality and develop their business modal.• Designed and created an RTS database which simplifies the tracking records of volunteers after the project and ensure they are involved for further Raleigh youth projects.• Conducted 8 societies sharing sessions about leadership, communications, and database software with members from Nepal and Nicaragua.• Supported development of MEAL strategy to ensure all indicators are met and means of verification are up to standard of the project as described.• Collaborated with Program Manager and Project Coordinator to develop final project review plans and cascaded the learning for report writing.• Increased youth knowledge and participation into behaviour change campaigns.• Supervised volunteers and supported all 120 to understand their volunteers agreement, provide IT support when necessary and all other logistics to help Exchange participants to conduct their activities as planned.
