  Managing a site with 30+ white collar and 100+ blue collar workers.Servicing mainly retail and household product customers for their Multi-Country Consolidation and Regional Distribution Center.Responsible to achieve the operations' key performance metrices and the required service level by delivering KPI targets for Operations which includes Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.Accountable to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) processes and all other business compliance standards for the respective Operations. Responsible for Operations' P&L by establishing business controls and provide solutions to minimize cost and increase revenue. Deliver year-on-year savings and all other Financial performance KPIs.
