  • Drove the implementation of HL’s responsible business strategy. Led and managed projects across ESG, ranging from the changing SDR regulation from the FCA, running HL's volunteering programme and creating financial resilience initiatives in the local community, to updating HL's modern slavery and human rights policy• Initiated Bristol Financial Resilience Action Group, a social impact programme which brings together Bristol employers to boost the financial resilience of Bristol through financial education, recommended internal changes, and financial resilience webinars.
