  Trained and deployed a 30 man team to Afghanistan. Planned and led security patrols in Afghanistan. Managed all helicopter missions for an organization of over 900 individuals. Second in command of an orginazation of over 300 individuals, responsible for property management and logistics for over $50 million of goverment equipment within that orginazation.

  Responsible for coordinating and implementing equipment strategies for a 2,800 ton/day fertilizer plant with six reliability engineers. I coordinate the scope of large maintenance events based on reliability based strategies, Reliability Centered Maintenance Principles, Lean Manufacturing Principles and long term investment plans. I manage the Investigation Program, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into the current asset strategies to prevent reoccurrence, utilizing design of experiments (DOE) and other statistical and 6-sigma approaches to ensure proper root causes are identified. I prioritize and manage new, small-to-mid sized capital projects, ensuring the design meets applicable reliability, and industry compliance standards and the project adhere to the 7 Phase Project Process.   Instructed, mentored, and evaluated company level units consisting of 40-100 Soldiers, in Army Troop Leading Procedures and team management. Planned and coordinated complex, multi-week, training exercises to help commanders better evaluate their teams. Led a team to execute the training exercises. Responsible for the management and maintenance of over $400,000.00 of US Army property.

  I manage a team of 5 reliability engineers who design, implement, and track reliability improvements on electro-mechanical equipment for the defense industry. Utilizing reliability metrics and technical investigations, I am able to identify projects that will increase the reliability of the entire population of the equipment in the field. Utilizing sound engineering principles and project planning practices, I am able to field those improvements in a safe, efficient, and effective manner for the entire fleet. Show less
