I manage the Investigation Program, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into the current asset strategies to prevent reoccurrence, utilizing design of experiments (DOE) and other statistical and 6-sigma approaches to ensure proper root causes are identified. I prioritize and manage new, small-to-mid sized capital projects, ensuring the design meets applicable reliability, and industry compliance standards and the project adhere to the 7 Phase Project Process.
