  For the department Information Management we developed department site templates including a enterprise wiki site. We have build some very cool functionalities using scripting and querying to make the sites intuitive and attractive. For the wiki we used an efficient method to build a hierarchical structure between the wiki pages using managed metadata. Currently we are developing a Community Site template including the same techniques as the department sites. In this period i developed an SharePoint solution in order to support the tendering process.The solution is using mainly standard SharePoint components en some small custom solutions.My role in the project was functional lead.

  To automate the approval process for the purchase department I have created a approval flow (with Microsoft Flow). The solution works with a combination of Document Sets in SharePoint Online and an approval flow in Microsoft Flow. Depending on who should approve the purchase, the flow sends approval tasks to the specified persons, if an approver does not respond the flow will send reminders to remind the approval is still open. When all approvers have submitted their response the flow is completed and a summary is created by the flow. Minder weergeven For the facilities department of the Eneco Group I have created a PowerApp called Roomfinder. This app helps the employees of Eneco to book a room in the Eneco headquarters. Through an intuitive screen employees can search for available rooms for all or a certain floor and book this room. They can also book a room by scanning QR-code which is available in the rooms. 15 min before the booking the employee will receive a notification to confirm the booking. The app can be used on mobile devices or through the internet browser. The solution helps for a more efficient use of the rooms, no unclear situations because everybody can see what rooms are available and for the room that are booked they can see when the booking starts and ends.
