  • Responsible to manage maintenance to align with manufacturing requirement using (MTBF, MTTR, FM, and OEE) for the whole plan (Upstream and Downstream).• Plan, implement, manage, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activity for the engineering department such as shutdown, breakdown, and preventative maintenance (conditional and predetermined).• Implement and sustain GMP (good manufacturing practice) on all machines and process equipment.• hands-on installing, repair, modify, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical parts.• Drawing, modify and read plant layout including PNID and Electrical Drawing including reverse engineering for programming steps and protocol. • Improving the line efficiency, minimize product on hold, and reduce product wastage from a maintenance perspective.• Lead process equipment improvement project including reprogramming, overhauling, and upgrading.• handle and control process equipment such as UHT, HTST, CIP system, DBS System, Filler machine (CSD and PET), Can Seamer, Capper, and also bottle rinser.• Take part in a new production line installation including process utilities such as cooling tower, ammonia chiller, and boiler.
