In addition, manage 894 vehicle fleet valued at $133M and receipt, storage & distribution of $227M in JP-8 aviation and ground fuels annually. I provided direct oversight on a 37K-line item supply account valued over $365M; which averages over 1M supply transactions per year. Manage the Wing’s contingency operations program for our 3K assigned personnel. In addition I oversee 21 support agreements and projects; monitors squadron training program, manages $2.2M Operations & Maintenance budget, hazardous materials storage pharmacy, environmental protection, and safety programs. Ensured over 250 Fragmentary Orders, directives and policies were vetted by the Deputy Chief of Staff Sustainment prior to being submitted for formal staffing. In addition, provided support to 127,810 Iraqi Security forces and worked critical orders issues for new Iraqi Army. Spearheaded logistics planning and ammunition re-supply efforts for coalition and Iraqi Security Forces deploying to hot spots in support of offensive operations in Baghdad, Samarra and Fallujah Iraq. Project Officer for activation of the 347th Logistics Readiness Squadron directed the seamless merger of over $24 million dollars worth of resources and 371 personnel into one cohesive and effective unit. Developed 110 critical milestone checklist to ensure project success. Acting Director of Operations for 5 months, actively managed the daily operations of 6 flights and 376 personnel.
