In this role, I worked closely with the COO to recruit and ramp up the team of 3 executives. My tenure began with researching and identifying potential verticals based on the business plan, and building solid target database. Managing lead generation initiatives, handling introductory client meetings, online presentations, taking the lead on responding to RFIs, RFPs and proposals, and taking opportunities to closure and contracting were integral part of my role. I was responsible for maintaining pipeline and sales analysis reports as well. The marketing aspect of my role involved developing brand visibility in a new marketplace through directory listings, advertisements, and participation in expositions. I have managed the company’s participation in conferences and expositions by working with agencies to design booth, print materials, and show reels.
