Jan 2006 - now- Leading without direct authority the activities of a team composed of 15 agents (Senior Business Analysts, Senior Project Managers, IT Engineers) to promote & leverage new working methods across our organization and supporting our organization with our transformation journey through coaching & mentoring. Increasing maturity levels across our IT organization on Product Mngt, BRM, Agility by 1pt (out of 10) in 2021 and by 0.5pt in 2022 resulting in improved operations and delivery.- Personally developing & up-skilling all 15 Change Agents to become credible experts with Product Mngt, Ideation, Agile methodologies, Objectives & Key Results method, Growth Mindset values and many more topics.- Supporting the Management Team in transforming the IT department into an Agile/Self-Organized & Product-based Organization and adopting new team rituals. Managing a Project Team of 8 team members (from Senior Leaders to 3rd Party Developers) over 12 months. 2) 2019 - Distribution of Trusted Data from Nestlé Switzerland to our customers via GSDN, reducing IT Operations costs by more than CHF 500K while reducing number of data errors by 90%. Managing a Project Team of 13 members (from Senior Leader to IT Experts) over 9 months.3) 2018 - Defined, implemented, and leveraged a Project Portfolio Management Framework (incl. processes, a governance, tools and skills) within the organization to better assist teams in both “doing the right projects” and “doing projects right”. Leveraging skills of internal employees in Project & Portfolio management through the execution of a "Training & Coaching Plan". Involving 60 Internals and 12 Senior Leaders.4) 2013 - Deployment of a new Field Sales Force Tool by delivering project objectives and ensuring its feasibility for 5 different Sales Teams, involving more than 300 stakeholders (from end users to the Senior Directors). Supervising & coaching the team in providing expertise & tools to the rest of the IT organization around Agile & DevOps techniques.- Managing more than 5 different products (incl. Agile Starter Kit (tool), Monday-2-Friday (development services), the Incubator (service)) by defining and executing a vision, maximizing value, prioritizing, enforcing best practices and improving them.- Act as a key enabler for Agile & DevOps for the IT Transformation Pillar Team in transforming the entire IT Organization (~3500 employees) into an Agile & Product-based Organization.
