Managing a Project Team of 13 members (from Senior Leader to IT Experts) over 9 months.3) 2018 - Defined, implemented, and leveraged a Project Portfolio Management Framework (incl. processes, a governance, tools and skills) within the organization to better assist teams in both “doing the right projects” and “doing projects right”. Leveraging skills of internal employees in Project & Portfolio management through the execution of a "Training & Coaching Plan". Involving 60 Internals and 12 Senior Leaders.4) 2013 - Deployment of a new Field Sales Force Tool by delivering project objectives and ensuring its feasibility for 5 different Sales Teams, involving more than 300 stakeholders (from end users to the Senior Directors).
