  I installed and serviced PBX, electronic and 1A2 key systems. I installed and serviced computer controlled voicemail systems from various manufacturers including Centigram, CallWare, and phone manufacturer’s private labeled systems. I worked with varying types of paging and audio equipment and their interfaces to different types and manufactures phone systems. I also installed LAN and WAN equipment including hubs, switches, routers and fiber optic electronics. I obtained manufacturers training and certifications from HP, Mitel, Newbridge, and Cisco. During my final 3 years of employment with Matrix, I spent the majority of my time designing LAN and WAN networks as well as voice communication systems.
