Interfaced directly with global Civil Aviation Authorities, customers and industry trade associations. Coordinated 72 successful engagements for the CEO and Executive Leadership with global government stakeholders. Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) manager for the H-1 UH-1Y and AH-1Z Naval attack and utility helicopters. Developed a method to collect dollarized, schedule based RIO metrics and drove company wide changes to RIO management tools.
