  Lead and manage project for construction of a river canal over the top of bulk dump materials along the western edge of the Jelamu Pit – Satui Mine Project. The project involves, receiving and compacting approximately 2.3 million bcm of selected material from mining operations (equal 1.7 km long of the river).The location of the works is the rivers original position prior to its diversion path around the eastern side of the pit. This was undertaken some years ago however the continuation of the pit excavation in an easterly direction now requires that the diversion by switched back to behind the pit.The project includes for the preparation of bulk fill areas prior to placement of compacted materials (trimming and shaping bulk fill buttress), receiving select fill materials, maintaining the work areas, placing and compacting the materials to the appropriate levels, trimming and preparing final surfaces, drainage works, as well as all works associated with inlet and out-let works.
