      I worked for CSM Consulting Ltd in the position of Senior Assessor for operations in the North. Duties included liasing between the Programmes Manager and the other Assessors in the area. I now also have a change in delivery by assessing candidates in the Performing Manufacturing Operations standards. The role sees me managing a caseload of 35 students with a delivery time of 16 weeks. This involved booking in one to one visits to provide training and developing customer service relationships with an overall aim of generating new leads, servicing existing clients and maximising funding through the completion of government funded Work based learning programmes.
