      Dynamically managed all aspects of Testing Large High Voltage Turbo Generators whilst supporting R&D activities. Led a technical Test & Development Lab team in order to exceed key performance indicators & deliver excellent customer service by planning, monitoring & communicating to achieve end results. Justified, implemented & executed several capital expenditure projects, resulting in improved process, efficiency, quality & safety. Led electrical testing of all HV generators, motors, rotating machinery components & associated control equipment, ensuring products were spec & quality compliant.
