      Assisting the Program Manager, I maintained student profiles for undergraduate programs and assisted with large-scale events and programs. As a undergraduate student, I organized and coordinated large-scale programs to welcome students, faculty, and staff back to campus. In my role, I advise prospective and nominated candidates, reviewed and edited essays, and facilitated interview preparation. I also served as a liaison to fellowship foundations, senior university leadership, students, and alumni. My primary responsibility was event management during commencement weekend for graduating seniors in our programs such as the Carroll Fellows Initiative Spring Dinner and Senior Reception, and Phi Beta Kappa Induction Ceremony.
