  I managed a portfolio of 4-6 national and international competitive, merit-based scholarships and fellowships, creating and leading recruitment plans. In my role, I advise prospective and nominated candidates, reviewed and edited essays, and facilitated interview preparation. I also served as a liaison to fellowship foundations, senior university leadership, students, and alumni. My primary responsibility was event management during commencement weekend for graduating seniors in our programs such as the Carroll Fellows Initiative Spring Dinner and Senior Reception, and Phi Beta Kappa Induction Ceremony. I collaborated with faculty advisors to guide and advise students in their career and professional development, and managed relationships with employers in Washington, D.C., as well as maintained alumni relations. I managed the onboarding process for 140+ students a year, collecting intake forms and processing academic registration. I maintained databases of personal, academic, and demographic information, and also provided administrative support: creating and submitting expense reports, tracking programmatic budget, and preparing payment documents.
