  Oversees daily operations and communications of 30 Collegiate Sport Club teams and upwards of 1,000 athletes. Hires, trains, and manages 35 staff including full-time and student staff.• Critical driver in marketing the Associated Students fee increase campaign, resulting in a $200,000 budget increase for the Sport Club department alone. Conducted in-depth research and direct promotion to students to garner support for an increase in fees to support campus activities including sport club coach support, larger campus show productions, sustainability initiatives and much more. • Led the department transition to virtual programming and staff management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Created new framework for virtually managing student staff and team programming. The Sport Club program has since hosted multiple large virtual events and hundreds of smaller virtual events with thousands of online viewers. • Provided clear administrative guidance, overseeing the department budget and the individual clubs throughout the academic year.
