      Held reception duties which included handling telephone inquiries, taking deliveries in for the business, registering new members and locking up the site after close. I also spent several months on catering were I prepared, cooked and served food as well as worked on the bar of an evening serving drinks and snacks, as well as cashing and cleaning up.       Responsible for analysing and dissecting a BT Business Client's order for services and use this information to plan dates and times for multiple actions for the full duration of the project. This can include, but is not limited to, calls to the customer to discuss progress, internal communications for systems to be built and equipment to be delivered, and liaising with the on-site engineer on the day to test the service works. This is a demanding role that relies on me hitting deadlines and making sure that the information I record is accurate for other teams to work off and ensure that the customers business is up and running on the date that they require.
