  The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary point of contact for all human resource activities for their client group. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Principal Duties and Responsibilities•Primary point of contact with Human Resources for management and employees within designated client group .•Act as Human Resources consultant and advise clients on various employee issues such as employee counseling, performance management, personnel movement and exit interviews •Works towards standardization of process and practices in all areas of Human Resources delivery•Facilitates the client’s talent management processes (performance management, succession planning, career development planning) such that the client is provided with prepared, qualified internal candidates and provides employees with career growth opportunities•Liaise with compensation, recruiting, global mobility and payroll departments to assist clients with various personnel needs and movements•Ensures accurate Human Resource Information System records within client group by actively coordinating HR data management activities within client group•Establishes Human Resources visibility and fosters a positive employee relations environment within the client group via field visits and client leadership team participation •Resolves and/or responds to employee issues as capable or brokers service from appropriate HR resource for resolution•Assists client management with employee counseling, coaching, terminations, and investigations of alleged harassment, discrimination or other inappropriate workplace behavior•Responsible for seamless crew change coordination for offshore workforce, if applicable•Facilitate special projects as assigned within their client group Show less
