The project required running cables, installing junction boxes, and reconditioning old equipment for twenty-three spaces. - Identified numerous discrepancies during the installation of the QUAD DAMA and USC-38 EHF communication systems, enabling both systems to pass SOVT, ensuring smooth integration of these systems onboard PELELIU.- Demonstrated exceptional technical skills while performing urgent at sea repairs to four SRA-60 coupler banks in support of Kernel Blitz 95 ensuring PELELIU and numerous embarked units had full VHF communications capability.- Recognized as being highly motivated and competent Sailor that executes duties in a professional manner, continuously obtaining outstanding results.   - Worked closely with Northrop Grumman, NASSCO, and SPAWAR contractors providing resolution to 315 C4I related Alteration, Installation and Test (AIT) evolutions. - Coordinated efforts of five departments ensuring complete equipment readiness in support of the successful completion of MAKIN ISLAND's TACAN certification, SNAIS Validation, Antenna Pattern Validation and Precision Approach and Landing system (PALS) certification. - Provided oversight in the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of upgrades and System Operational Verification Testing (SOVT) for the SHF, EHF, MORIAH, SATTC, EPLRS, SINCGARS, and EMUT systems.
