  As a Tourism Manager for a Japanese-owned inbound travel agency based in New Zealand, I was in charge of Tourism section of the business (another section is in study-abroad assistance for Japanese students), keeping the business active with attractive travel experience products through genuine NZ selections.   As a member of Procurement team, I have been in charge of inward part of procurement and warehouse management. The tasks includes inventory management, goods quality management, warehouse management, goods consumption analysis, internal and external business communication, using the company's ERP system. In addition to the basic tasks, I have done purchasing, RFQ & RFI, negociating with suppliers for supply goods. As a part of Planning team, I have been in charge of planning for smoked salmon production and packing to fulfill orders from Sales department. Using the company's ERP system, report applications and Microsoft Excel, I managed inventory of chilled and frozen smoked products, production activity orders for factories, communication between sales and logistic teams for balancing order packing, forecasting and generating reports. As a part of Logistics Department, I have been involved in multiple positions inside the Department: Order packing, dispatching and document processing of final salmon products from on-site factories. Using the company's ERP system, I processed all tasks, communicated with freight drivers and reported carry-over stocks to the dispatch coordinator. I also communicated with Sales Department and Planning Department.
