I am learning how to manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. This also means developing creative event concepts and themes to enhance experiences. I have also been able to travel on-site to provide assistance during events to address any issues. Within the Associate's Program, I have program events on top of my everyday duties. This includes educational seminars, 1v1 coaching, mentor programs, projects, and presentations.
