I lead to design and implement Technical Architecture (low-level, high-level system design). I provide project management of the solution defining the project, creating a project plan, develop project description, major milestones and timelines. I define rollout phases, identifying pilot users, create feedback mechanisms, training and communication plans. I monitor capacity and performance management of existing infrastructure. I also arrange DR BCP planning and backup system regularly. Total servers are 130 on VMWare, Physical Cicso Blade Servers, NetApp Storage, both DC and DR, Core Network Firewall such as PaloAlto, CheckPoint, DMZ & Corporate Network Zones and the servers are applying related public IP, SAN certificates.
