  In my current role, i am heading the department of Quality control and assurance at Sukkur site for Frieslandcampina Engro Pakistan. In addition to this i am also looking after quality section for external manufacturing, distributions and retails In this role i was responsible for a complete production section (batch preparation section). It involved staff management, Budgeting, Planning, Projects, KPI monitoring, performance + OEE% improvements and volumes delivery. In this role my responsibility was to manage and ensure smooth operations for processing of raw milk as per quality standards and timely delivery of the volumes to the business. During this tenure i learned dairy operation, food safety standards and about safety.
