Show less Led a CH-47 Heavy Lift and HH-60M Forward Support Medical Evacuation Platoon (FSMP) with 30 personnel, 4 CH-47 helicopters, 3 HH-60 helicopters, and $80 million worth of equipment.• Selected above nearly 50 peers to lead the FSMP in Afghanistan due to exceptional performance building combat readiness in aeromedical evacuation for pilots, crewmembers, and medical personnel. Organization successfully completed all of our 20+ combat rescue missions, many while under fire, and saved over 45 lives.• Significantly improved the health service support plan in Northern Afghanistan by improving our multi-national partnerships, updating standard procedures, and removing bureaucratic processes.
