  Product Development Executive

  1) Daily job • Receive new request from sales and other sides. Check all information with Key Account Manager according to each region ( such as Mango from Spain, Decathlon from France, Next from United Kingdom, ect. ). Discuss with KAM to allow produce product in vietnam, and ask physical samples as well. • Communicate with Sale department for quotation : set a standard cost and provide to sale team. It’s will be belong to quality and level complex of label• Communicate with supplier / purchase department for sourcing material : contact to get quotation from supplier, deal cost with them if any. It’s oversea or local supplier belong to buyer requirements. • Communicate with production leader : raise a schedule development and request/ follow up closely with production to ensure the leadtime sampling. • Control quality : After sample accepted by buyer, set up a procedure and issue to production ( including : material used, printed color, dimension, tolerance is acceptable, supplier allowed to supply, etc)• Upload information in system : set BOM after sample approved by buyer. All information must be updated correctly and on time. • Work with Customer service : guide to process order and detail information about products • Work with design team : request/ approved layout of label for sampling and process bulk production as well.• Solve issues come from production, customer service, sales team. • Improvement process : to improve leadtime production and saving cost as well, find the best way to speed up procedure but quality have to keep the same. 2) Monthly job • Report to supervisor directly and Some programs requested report directly to KAM3) None-periodic job :• Visit supplier, visit customer, meeting, training.
