      *Responsible for the daily operations of the Saint Paul Animal Humane Society Site, consisting of 40+ staff and 200+ volunteers.*Partnered with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure all volunteers were properly trained and that they felt supported and appreciated. *Managed the operational flow of animals through the site and partnered with other site managers to impact animal movement throughout the organization.*Identified and facilities related issues and partnered with the Facilities Manager to find resolution. *Proposed large projects to upper level management for review for future fiscal years.*Developed and maintained partnerships with Saint Paul Animal Control and other rescue groups in support of animal welfare in both the broad and local communities.*Through coaching and targeted hiring practices, took a chronically under performing sales team and turned them into one of the top selling teams, regularly landing $10,000 over the site’s monthly revenue budget.*Handled and found resolution for all second level customer escalations.*Developed protocols directly relating to the Saint Paul site as well as organization wide.*Held monthly meetings where I discussed monthly statistics and highlights with an audience of my team as well as those from other sites and members of the senior leadership team.*Presented topics at all site meetings where all of senior leadership was in attendance as well as staff from all locations.*Attended manager level meetings where my peers and I attended training sessions and discussed ways we could learn and grow as well as organizational opportunities.
