  Working on various different projects at Morgan Sindall which include:Sudbury hill station: Total station refurb making sure that the contract is running to programme, working with electricians, painters, tilers etc.in charge of the health and safety of the men.Neasden depot: Train crew accommodation looking after the day to day running of the site and keeping the programme of works on target, giving site inductions etc.Balham station: In charge of night shift digging out and installation of new customer lift, also site inductions and keeping a site diary of completed works.Kings Cross: Supervision of staff whilst constructing passenger footbridge across tracks, mainly the piling and concreting,Drayton park: I was in charge of the night shift whilst constructing a fan for cooling the tube project, showing around the client lul and basic site person in charge duties, also taking the role of construction supervisor when needed; Shepherds Bush underground station; in charge of the platform works on the newly built station, 20 men in team making sure that the works were carried out safely. My role at GMI Construction was to over see 22 staff members on a day to day basis ensuring the health and safety of the site, solve any existing problems, ensure the project was completed as per the architects' drawings, on time and within budget. I would manage the project from start to finish.
