Show less Designed and built a CMDB (Configuration Management Database) baseline to ITIL V2 framework. Baseline Database consisted of over 18,000 identified CI’s on completion.Initiated and co-ordinated a company wide audit of all IT service asset items and software licenses for inclusion in CMDB and comply with MicroSoft license audit.Delivered a new IT service asset labeling system, using tamper proof barcoded asset labels. The system and labels were successfully deployed during the IT service asset audit.Researched the market place for a successor to the then current IT Service Desk tool (Hewlett-Packard Service Desk), identified the innovative Service-now.com (SaaS) IT Service Management application. Configured and launched a successful implementation of Service-now.com within a six month timescale. Service-Now modules on go-live included Incident, Configuration, Change and Problem management processes.Managed the migration of data from HPSD into Service-Now without outside help or consultancy helping to keeping the project and implementation costs to a minimum.Developed and built a RFW (Request for Work) application for the IT development team using the Service-Now platform to enable new work requests to be submitted, managed and delivered efficiently.
