      Responsible for industrial systems, involving needs assessment, solutions design, partnership development and project management. Implementation of all industrial modules of an ERP system, simultaneously in the three company business units (SP, RJ and BA). This deployment occurred in record time (nine months) and was considered by the tool supplier, one of the most important success cases.

Budget and expenses control process improvement with significant gain to the Business Unit result. Responsible in Brazil for Value Management and Strategic IT Planning practices through Project Portfolio Management based on Value implementation. Several Business Case executions, supporting customers on their investments decisions.This practice was also used to support project portfolio prioritization and management processes. Responsible for the financial result consolidation (P&L), pricing validation, annual Operating Plan preparation and monitoring, expenditure control and financial performance indicators monitoring for three Business Units. Executive monthly result presentation. Responsible for Project Office implementation and management, for the Program which restructured the entire system architecture of the third leading bank in the country. This huge Program was attended by over 800 professionals distributed in approximately 90 projects. Responsible for monitoring and reporting all the projects status, managing cash flow and ensuring the correct and proper professional’s allocation on each team. Responsible for project portfolio management for the major client of the company, monitoring the projects financial results, warning of possible deviations from the plan, evaluating its impact on the Operational Plan and recovery plans elaboration together with project managers. Customer focal point within the company. Responsible for implementing the Project Management Office (PMO) on the Systems Development area and for the development of a management methodology adherent to the international standard PMBOK-PMI (Project Management Institute) and its implementation in the area. This implementation meant a major cultural change in the way the company managed the projects, standardizing all planning and control documents, and creating a periodical routine for projects status reporting (time, cost and quality). Revenue, costs and expenses control for the Financial Business Unit, consolidating results, forecasts, monthly profitability and sales performance indicators that were monthly presented at the company Executive Committee.
