Responsible for project portfolio management for the major client of the company, monitoring the projects financial results, warning of possible deviations from the plan, evaluating its impact on the Operational Plan and recovery plans elaboration together with project managers. Responsible for implementing the Project Management Office (PMO) on the Systems Development area and for the development of a management methodology adherent to the international standard PMBOK-PMI (Project Management Institute) and its implementation in the area. This implementation meant a major cultural change in the way the company managed the projects, standardizing all planning and control documents, and creating a periodical routine for projects status reporting (time, cost and quality). Revenue, costs and expenses control for the Financial Business Unit, consolidating results, forecasts, monthly profitability and sales performance indicators that were monthly presented at the company Executive Committee.
