      Management of operations in the Branch as per the laid down process and reporting any deviations and getting the same ratified by the seniors.1) Inward Clearing:Managing Inward Clearing including the following, within the cutoff timings and without exceptions:* Tallying cheques received, verification and authorisation of entries.* Management of receivables or Payables - Booking and follow up.* Referrals management for cheques as applicable.2) Handling of Returns and Referrals:* Identify and return eligible cheques to the presenting Banks.* Raising referrals and follow up for response.* Maintain Outward Cheque Return Register and other records.* To ensure there are no late return of cheques for funds reasons and technical reasons.3) Outward Clearing:Managing Outward Clearing within the cut off timings and without exceptions.* Verification and authorization of all entries before presentation in Outward Clearing.* Manage Inward Returns and ensure no exceptions.4) CMS Operations:Managing CMS activities:* Verification and authorisation of all cheques received for collection without exceptions.* To ensure dispatch of the schedules to the right location in time.* To ensure timely presentation of the cheques received under schedules from other locations after due verification and related actiovities.* Follow up for schedules in case not received as required.5) Transfer Cheques:Verify and Authorize the transfer cheques as per the process without exceptions.6) Depository Operations:Verification of the documents /forms for A/C opening and modifications thereof.7) House keeping/ General Upkeep:* Maintain relevant Registers and documents.* Store all security documents, instruments, etc. in FRFC under dual custody.* Generate all the relevant reports for all the functions.
