  I led a fantastic team of employer brand managers and creative designers to help attract, engage and retain exceptional talent across the UK and Ireland firm. Grew the team from 5 to 12 FTE with responsibility for developing bold marketing campaigns and compelling communications to help recruit more than 7,000 hires each year. With a passion for our diversity, equity and inclusion agenda, I also led initiatives to attract a broader talent pool to the industry. The EY Women’s Network is the largest of EY’s diversity and inclusion networks. Established over ten years ago with the purpose of accelerating gender parity at EY, the network serves over 3,500 members in 25 UK locations. As Co-Chair, I was jointly responsible for overseeing the strategy and direction of the network whilst providing guidance on the delivery of various workstreams including internal development, communications, client networks and external events.
