      As the Communications Manager for Paulig Sweden, my assignment was to establish, position, and develop Paulig's corporate brand. This took off from the strategy launched in 2020, where Paulig aims to become one of Europe's fastest-growing companies and a leader in sustainability by 2030. The role covered multiple respoinsibilities, as driving the PR efforts, managing PR agencies, handling crises, coaching spokespersons and leaders, and providing advisory support on various matters. The role also encompassed brand development, marketing, project management, change management, writing and media relations. I work both strategically and operationally in both external and internal communication. I had budget responsibility on both local level and group level. Key results:- Developed strategy and hands-on execution to establish Paulig's corporate brand in Sweden, integrating PR, PA, and marketing to boost media visibility and foster industry relationships, leading to an 80% increase in media coverage over three years.- Created international webinars for key stakeholders on Public Affairs topics Paulig supports, building ties with industry thought leaders and securing speakers, including from the European Commission. Webinars saw high engagement, with full attendance from companies, NGOs, and government bodies across Europe.- Enhanced media presence and thought leadership for Paulig’s investment arm, PINC, within food tech, business, and tech media through media outreach, speaker events, and strategic communication.- Led safety communication strategy for the Group to reinforce safety culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing a team of four.
