Reporting to the Havas Digital CEO and the Havas Media Head of HR, and sitting in the Havas Digital Global Strategy Team. In this position I managed a budget of approximately 1 million euro:- Developed Global HR Strategy for Havas Digital, in line with Global Havas Media HR Strategy. Focus of strategy positioned Havas Digital talent at the core of the future, integrated, Havas Media group, and ensuring “traditional media” professionals are not left behind during this shift- Defined Employer Identity for external and internal communication- Defined the meaning of “Talent” for the company- Identified key talent within key markets- Proposed and developed programs for talent development and retention, covering education and development, compensation and communication. Show less Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer under Liberty Mutual's new global structure, and as part of the Corporate SBU team for our largest Business Unit, I oversaw the standardization of process across our international operations, encompassing 15 markets and comprised of 15000 employees. In this role I successfully led the implementation of the first single source of truth HR system across all of Liberty Mutual, leading to:- unique employee PIN, enabling significant cost savings through standardization of our full IT infrastructure- simplification of multiple HR processes through standard set of common data elements- efficiency and security gains in multiple operations by eliminating manual processesI was also responsible for rolling out a common process and technology to support our Performance Management, Learning and Development and Compensation functions, in partnership with Enterprise Corporate Functions. Additional analysis led me and my team to recommend not globalizing our Payroll and Employee Relations structure, process and technology. Show less Reporting to the European Region President for Liberty International, was responsible for managing HR processes for the Regional Office team of 12 people, as well as coordinating activity across local operations in the region. Established a clear succession plan for key positions in the region, coordinated the annual objective setting and performance process and led calibration sessions across the region. Liberty Mutual reorganized its international operations in the summer of 2014, leading to the elimination of Regional Offices. In this process I managed the transition of Regional Team members to other positions in the enterprise or outside the company.
