Progressed to working as a holiday ‘pony day’ leader where I was responsible for a group of up to 8 children, between the ages of 4 and 15, for 8 hours a day. I advanced and experienced being in charge of running the stables on a weekend, leading the staff team and managing the day’s activities. This included being responsible for the office demands; from basic admin work, answering the phone and booking lessons to customer care and first aid.
