Technical skills like Database management and SQL were magnified. I was exposed to real-time customer-client interaction demos. I was also given a one-month training on how to work on Guesstimates and Estimations on specific Case Studies. Important Concepts of Order To Cash were demonstrated as well. The terminologies like RAID and RACI helped us throughout any guesstimates and estimations.
