Provided advanced in-rate and professional development to crew and divisional personnel. Supervised, mentored, and trained 54 Sailors in Nuclear Power Plant operations. Provided training and oversight for complex electrical and mechanical repairs throughout command. Developed and maintained a rigorous and in-depth training and qualification program resulting in significant improvement in level of knowledge and professionalism across entire command. Trained and supervised 156 military and civilian personnel in complex repairs to nuclear propulsion plants. Developed training that resulted in rapid certifications of countless personnel resulting in shortened certification timelines. Supervised, operated, and maintained nuclear propulsion plant.
