  To assist customers to track and complete action in their home loan buying journey I delivered a digital application tracker. This included progress tracking by of tasks, document upload for payslips and digital document acceptance. An initial focus was on standardisation and simplification of the loan documents to enable effective digitisation. I established this team to operate in scaled agile framework. I also managed the BAU home loan transformation portfolio enabling pricing based on home loan circumstances, providing consistency in pricing, simplifying credit policy and meeting APRA requirements on serviceability calculations. Show less To enable new customers to open a transaction account anywhere, anytime in minutes I drove the delivery of an online solution which included the introduction of electronic verification for identification to Westpac. This involves significant engagement with risk and compliance, adjustment of policy and an adjustment to en agile delivery approach within Westpac. I subsequently enabled this capability for consumer finance, enabled existing customers to open accounts through one click and delivered an improved onboarding journey to encourage customers to be active with their new accounts.
