  As a consultant to a high profile NOC, I provided drilling engineering planning, operational and performance improvement expertise to the Kuwait Oil Company. I worked within a multi-national, multi-disipline team, with multi rig operations, to develop a new onshore field within Kuwait. I led significant drilling and DST performance improvements, which including planning and executing the first successful test of an extremely tight limestone reservoir.
