  I am a part of SAP S/4HANA Product Management team in APJ. I am working as a Product expert for S/4HANA customer projects. In my role I act as a trusted advisor to the customer/partner during their SAP S/4HANA implementations. Primary task of my role is to ensure a successful Go-live for our customers. My Key responsibilities and activities include:- Provide guidance on SAP Activate Methodology and best practices.- Interface between the project team and different SAP functions (Development, operations & Service Center) - Work with SAP experts for critical issue resolution.- Provide expert sessions/guidance for specific topics/functionalities, if requested- Ensure SAP management visibility of project status on a regular base- Ensure feedback loop to Development (Portfolio Process)I am also playing a role of a subject matter expert by helping our partners/customers/sales/presales team for any functional queries related to SAP S/4HANA in the area of Finance. Apart from this, I also help increase the S/4HANA cloud adoption by conducting early release webinars, enablement sessions, co-innovation workshops, participating in strategic deal pursuits etc. Show less
