  I have overall responsibility for the relationship and commercial performance with our biggest client by making sure all areas of our business deliver great results. The scope of this is broad and covers all soft/hard services, technology services eg energy/refrigeration bureaus, help desk services, security consultancy and pest management consultancy. This is all across a broad and varied client estate in their supermarkets, convenience stores, shared sites, non operational sites and depots. This is done through building great relationships, having a great team who are motivated and developed as well as looking for new ways to innovate and challenging ourselves internally to see how we can improve.
