  I participated in developing an online HTML email CRM application for our off-shore team. As a result, this application has made it possible to test and fine-tune email design, content, and coding before being sent off to an ESP (Email Service Provider). Previous to the development of this application, MRM experienced delays and errors that needed to be resolved promptly. The application enabled MRM to shorten turnaround times by 50%, and defect returns to almost 0% from our ESP, resulting in time and cost savings for both MRM and its clients. I became the Product Owner of the above application. I worked extensively with the off-shore to ensure all email campaigns and templates were correct and completed promptly. Show less SVN to GIT Data Repository Transition Project I was part of a team that consisted of managers, network analysts, web developers, and an off-shore team to ensure a smooth transition for MRM’s data repository structure from using SVN to using GIT. Responsibilities: Since all developers had used SVN and needed to move to GIT, my responsibility as a developer representative was to ensure a smooth transition. This involved learning the differences and similarities between GIT and SVN, testing these in sample repositories, and authoring a WIKI site for developers on-shore and off-shore teams to reference. Responsibilities: I was the sole front-end developer for two different sites. • These sites were updated on a bi-monthly basis utilizing CSS2, HTML, some JavaScript as well as interfacing with on-shore and off-shore back-end developers.• Instituted a major analytics update site wide. Planned timing was over a two-month period and was completed two weeks earlier than planned.   In June 2020, I was part of a three-person team that migrated 930 email templates from an older email provider to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.I create, update, and maintain multiple responsive email templates and campaigns daily.
