  I primarily run the social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. I work with my team, including the design assistant, to create and plan content to go out on socials and on our website. I manage our website which includes uploading content, and overseeing the development of the site. I monitor Google Analytics and set goals to ensure we are always on track with what we want to achieve. I plan and prepare email newsletters to go out to the supporters twice a month, with the topics discussed at our team meeting. I liaise with other members of the office to ensure that I cover all aspects of content including retail. Alongside this I also work closely with the fundraising officers who are spread out across our 5 centres, by overseeing their content on their own individual channels, and also to plan and create content together if it is relevant to their centre.
