  While serving in the Turkish Naval Research Center Command (TNRCC) from Line Engineer to Chief Engineer; • I performed as a software engineer, architect, analyst, project manager, and sponsor in various large-scale systems and software development projects, • I managed projects to develop mission-critical systems by applying project management methodologies that suit best the project, • I took part in the architecture and end-to-end development of high technology command and control systems that manage sensors and weapons, with complex software, hardware, and networking requirements, • I managed the relations with Turkish Defence Industry Companies that took part in the projects, • I took part in the modernization of various platforms utilizing the command and control systems developed, • I coordinated the efforts of handing over technologies that are developed in TNRCC, to Turkish Defence Industry Companies for mass production, • I served as Systems Support Chief Engineer whose team is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of command and control systems of Turkish Navy, • I managed the relations with foreign defense companies for the systems procured from them, coordinating improvements and performing acceptance procedures, • I managed the IT operations group of TNRCC with complex and strict security requirements.
