      As a Technical Analyst, I was responsible for performing technical administration and/or analysis duties as well as system design and development of methods to process information. I was also responsible for producing specific deliverables relating to operations management. I typically lead staff members and peers on projects while working independently and typically required supervision on complex tasks only.       Senior Systems Analyst

      As a Systems Analyst, I support and work in a technical and diverse environment with a team that is tasked with developing enterprise wide strategies, initiatives and solutions to support a large multi-site user community. I work with available resources and various line of business to develop initiatives and solutions which will add functionality, increase capacity/efficiency and improve the overall performance and reliability of IT services provided. Projects which I was responsible for, as a Systems Analyst, include but are not limited to testing and implementation of new hardware/software, working with outside vendors to implement a more efficient and effective inventory tracking system, authoring letters issued to our government customer for technical and funding approval and well as letters to the various lines of business to advertise and document new or improved processes.
