A user , can file a claim on his behalf or some one else where he/she can add claimants and respondents with their representative firm details , details of the case, upload documents supporting claim. After filing the claim , the administrator approves the claimants and respondents . The admin can assign an arbitrator to the case . The arbitrator conduct a hearing with the parties concerned and award or reject the claim.2. SDC-PortalThe portal designed for managing and collaborating employees’ activities. Through this portal employees can submit blog posts.
