      Commander of 1 of 2 (at the time) deployable signal battalions in NATO. Led 346international personnel to provide half of total core NATO deployablecommunication and information systems capability supporting operations and exercises. Directed 120 personnel in providing depot level (2nd and 3rd level)engineering, technical and supply services to NATO IT support units acrossthe Mediterranean, Balkans, ISAF and NATO Training Mission-Iraq; also across broader NATO as required; 1 of 2 CIS logistics depots in NATO. The primary Air Staff analyst for development and investment management of over 82 information systems programs; evaluated and led cross-organization coordination of the USAF global IT investment program of $3B; led architecture and development of programming and financing global information systems. Exchange officer representing USA; included en route Spanish language training at Defense Language Institute 11/1999-06/2000. Chief Information Officer for Air Mobility Command within the Pacific theater; focal point for all Transportation IS and IT systems coordination and integration with PACAF and USTRANSCOM, Army, Marines and Navy in Pacific theater. Led satellite communications team supporting multiple Presidential missions, Global military VIP travel support travel, and Joint Chiefs of Staff directed military exercise. Lead team of communications andinformation management specialists assuring regulatory compliance, mission readiness, and quality management for all world-wide IT organizations in AirMobility Command, AMC-gained Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units and assesses their mission readiness capability; principal inspector general commander advisor on information operations. Program Element Monitor and investment/budget analyst for a $103M portion of the Air Mobility Command IT program Led 305 staff in provision of regional and local telecommunications, network and voice support to DoD (DISA) and USAF operations and activities; maintain and operate multi-national airfield operations; led HF radio special maintenance team. Responsible for systems value of $47M. Lead, direct support and operation of C4 systems for DoD across Mediterranean; plan war-time and exercise C4 requirements; policy and execution of regional telecommunication logistics Lead maintenance of 17 regional radar stations and the air traffic control-air defense operations center; coordinate multi-agency logistics and operations with Navy, FAA, Navy and Coast Guard; $36M assets. Performed staff management of contracts costing $6.5 million for the operation and maintenance of two Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) sites and one Joint Surveillance System (JSS) Long Range Radar site.
