  My position within Meritas has a variety of responsibilities. I am a resource for all things coding-related including internal auditing, coding updates, regulations, and compliance. I also manage a team of coders within our Central Services office. One piece of my team is responsible for the coding and charge entry for a handful of our clinics, which includes multiple specialties. The other piece of my team is responsible for payer claim denials.
