      TAFE Meadowbank are exiting the Northern campus to hand over to DoE for re-purposing the site for two primary schools. The move of the Northern campus involves moving twelve faculties and their classrooms into the existing Southern campus and over to the Ultimo TAFE campus. This contract involved my setting up the TAFE Meadowbank & Ultimo program work flow delivery across its teams, i did this using an agile approach. I was accountable for identifying all educational delivery needs and presenting solutions to all issues and risk whilst suggesting best industry aligned educational delivery practices. I also established and managed an ICT Stakeholder Working Group, scoping and delivering in line with program roll-out. Weekly tasks involved my identifying and managing the programs stakeholder requirements for current and future state and guiding the program team accordingly. Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and external contractors such as the programs architects and construction teams to ensure a collective agreement and best solution was met. I also reported to TAFE steering committee identifying and scoping supporting projects of works for handover to team leaders at TAFE. In these 6 months I established, recruited and led the Educational Delivery team, handing over a structured framework of processes and staged tasks agreed by the wider program ensuring the continuation of the project in its next stages will roll out with success.
