      Graduation project: “Crude Oil Pipeline Design”:-- By Visiting Enppi & Receive a Case Study about a Pipe-Line between SUMED & MIDOR and finish the “Mechanical Design & Hydraulic Design” using Matlab and Flowserve.- study of Pipelines and Fluids, History of pipelines, Types of the material of Pipelines that are using according to the fluid that flows in Pipeline and system components to connect the fluid to the desired location, Then Survey about the properties of fluid and types of flow.- Study of Valves that using in Pipeline To control the Fluid flow and Pressure Like Relive/Safety Valves. -In This Project, We Worked at All Calculation By Using API (American Petroleum Institute) Standard.- study of Basic Equation of Hydraulic Which Include Bernoulli and Energy Equation, Overall Head Loss For Piping System and Total Energy Of Flow.- study Pumps then choose Centrifugal Pumps, And study components Of Centrifugal Pumps, Pump Curve, system Curve and Loses in Pumping System, Also We Study Cavitation in Pumps And How to Avoid Cavitation, Finally in Chapter Pumps We study Pumps Connection (Series and Parallel).- In Conclusion of the Project, In The Hydraulic Analysis Design, We Calculated The pressure and the Flow rates for 11-inch diameters and chose a suitable pump for them as Discussed Above. Cost is calculated for the diameters by calculating the initial (Weight cost) and running cost (Pumping power), As the Diameter increases the Head loss decreases leading to decreasing the Power-Consumed. The Weight of The Pipes Will Increase but that Hasn’t The Great Effect on The Total Cost and NET PRESENT VALUE (NPV). We Chose the optimum diameter and it was diameter 36 inches which (Has Less NPV) and Suitable For the Existing Profile. if We Increase Diameter Over 36 inch The NPV Will Increase Because of The Running Cost Will Increase and Lead to Increase in Total Cost. Show less Project 1:-- Complete design with EES Software for surface condenser suitable for Steam power plant unit 627 MW capacity constructed in Alexandria - Design include - The cooling water requirement and Tubes specifications - The total number of tubes, tubes length, and number of passes - Condenser hot-well size &The amount of air leaks to the condenser - The capacity of the steam air ejector - The condenser hydrodynamic calculations - The circulating water pump duct assuming the condenser far from water source by 600 m - The circulating water pump selection assuming static head is 10 m. - Machining draw shows the condenser connections with turbine and condensate pump as well as the condenser tube layout_____________________Project 2:-- CFD for Airflow over LADA and AUDI R8______________________Project 3:- - Design and Economic Analysis of a Stand-Alone PV System to Electrify a Remote Area Household in Egypt.- Design Anaerobic digestion System.
